Hygiene Associates, Inc. is a dental referral service serving the Washington metropolitan area since 1981. We provide both temporary and permanent referrals for all dental positions. Currently we are serving the entire state of Maryland, Virginia and DC. We have grown because of a dedicated commitment to quality service. This dedication to quality has earned us the respect of clients and candidates alike. Our aggressive recruitment programs enable us to consistently serve our clients in both the temporary and permanent areas. We have a strong commitment to developing dental professionals through our continuing education program. We own board certified Radiology and Expanded Functions for Dental Assistants.

Hygiene Associates, is lucky to have a wonderful professional team. Their combined experience in Dentistry is over 60 years. Below is a brief bio of Pam, Cruz and Heather.
Pamela Quinones, RDH, BS
Founder & CEO
- Pamela L. Quinones R.D.H., B.S., President of Hygiene Associates, Inc., has over 40 years of experience in the dental field. Along with numerous management and personnel courses, she has taught both Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting. Pam has served organized dental hygiene at the local, state and national level. She is a Past President of the American Dental Hygienists Association and Maryland Dental Hygienists Association. A 2011 inductee into her college Wall of Fame and 2013 high school Wall of Excellence. Her commitment to “access to care” led her to be involved in the Montgomery Volunteer Dental Clinic where she served as president from 2002-2004. Pam is married to Manny and they have 3 adult children.
Placement Coordinator and Office Manager Cruz has been with Hygiene Associates for twenty years. Prior to coming to Hygiene Associates she was a Dental Assistant for 7 years. Cruz manages Hygiene Associates, oversees account receivables, books temporary and permanent placements along with many other duties. Our referrals and clients count on her and she diligently make sure everyone gets to right place at the right time. She lives in Rockville with her husband Tommy. They enjoy their two dogs. In her spare time she works out at Crossfit.
Placement Coordinator and Front Office Coordinator Heather has worked with Hygiene Associates for over 17 years. Prior to working for us, she was a dental office manager for 7 years. Heather coordinates the front desk duties along with diligently booking our temporary and permanent placements. Our clients are constantly complimenting her pleasant attitude.
Heather is married to Justin. When Heather isn’t at work she is enjoying her son Connor and their cat Gogo. During her free time you can find her working out, at the pool or binge watching Netflix.
